What Is Covered
Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifespan of the product. If your item fails due to a flaw in how it was made or the materials used, we will replace it free of charge.
Covered defects include, but are not limited to:
- Defective seams or stitching
- Broken hardware upon arrival or shortly after standard use
- Significant fabric or material flaws present at the time of purchase
What Is NOT Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by everyday use, accidents, or improper care. "Lifetime" refers to the reasonable, practical lifespan of the product, not the lifetime of the buyer.
The following are not covered under this warranty:
- Normal wear and tear: Fading colors, pilling, minor snags, or natural breakdown of materials over time.
- Improper care: Damage caused by failing to follow the provided washing or care instructions.
- Misuse or accidents: Rips, tears, stains, or burns caused by external forces, pets, or accidents.
- Modifications: Any alterations or repairs made by a third party.
- Second-hand purchases: The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
How to Make a Claim
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, we are here to help make it right.
- Email us: Send an email to sayhi@goldmamas.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim: [Your Order Number]".
- Provide proof: Include clear photos of the defect, a picture of the entire product, and a brief description of the issue.
- Verification: Our team will review your claim within 7 days.
Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement of the same item. If your specific item or color is no longer in stock, we will provide a replacement of equal value or issue a full refund.
